The chairs arrived fairly fast and look good (for those 2 things, I give 2 stars) but I can't assemble them since they came with no hardware. I've never before had this problem with an Amazon order and am lost in a maze of trying to find contact info for the seller. I'll probably end up sending them back, either that or I'll have to buy the hardware myself. Disappointing.

The chairs were very good quality. I saw similar chairs bolted with only one screw, these were made better and were assembled with 4 bolts, instead of the one screw.

We bought two sets of the Tendy Bar stools as well as a set of four Tendy chairs, and absolutely love them. They have the tasteful modern look of the Jacobsen Series 7 or the Cherner design, at a fraction of the cost. The natural cherry plywood finish is beautiful, and looks as good as other much more expensive cherry items that we have in our home. The wood is finished in a clear lacquer with a light gloss that protects it without adding too much shine. Although I suppose I would have preferred a stainless steel finish, the chrome legs are very attractive, and have rounded rubberized feet that are well designed and sturdy.
The chairs were packed four in the same box, and were easy to assemble with an included allen wrench.
These chairs offer a great combination of modern design, quality construction, and low cost. Highly recommended
