This bed is very cozy. But it needs a board under the mattress for more support because it tends to sag a bit. I can't imagine a very large person being comfortable in it because it is narrow. But my daughter said she slept well, just needed a little more support in the middle.

I searched for a while to find a fold up bed, and had a hard time finding a good one; I am 21 years old and going to be getting spine surgery within the next month or so, and needed a bed for downstairs because I would not be able to go up and down the steps, my dilemma was that a lot of the other beds were so close to the ground and i needed one that was higher off of the ground.

Nonetheless, this bed is AMAZING, it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud, I haven't been able to sleep a full night in over a year and a half, and when I slept on this bed, I've never been so comfortable and relaxed. I made everyone in my family lay on it and none of them wanted to get off! Great deal, it came with a nice black bag too for storage, good distance off of the ground, very reasonably priced, and EXTREMELY comfortable; I highly recommend this bed to anyone looking!!

This table is both attractive and versatile. Get lots of compliments. Very easy to assemble. I was having trouble with hardware cover knobs fitting and then realized I put the spindle in backwards. So if you follow directions, you can assemble it perfectly in 10 minutes or less with someone to hold it up for you as you assemble. Only problem was when I was polishing my wood furniture. I gave this table a quick swipe with a cloth that had polish on it and now I have streaks I can't seem to get rid of. My fault...It is a laminate, not wood so it's best to just stick with a damp towel to clean it.

It's gorgeous! The photo doesn't do justice to the beautiful inlay design on the wood veneer top. Graciously curved legs add special flair. It works perfectly in my efficiency apartment with the SoHo and Edo chairs. When I move back to my house after it's renovated, it's going in the new family room where the foldout sides will be fantastic for large gatherings. By the way, it was very easy to assemble, too.

My husband and I bought this table for our first anniversary, and are very happy with it. It fits our rather eclectic decor perfectly. It was easy to assemble, and the folding leaves will be great when we have company. The only thing - the top of the table comes already attached to the folding leaves, and one of the hinges is slightly off-kilter. It causes the leaf, when opened, to pitch slightly up rather than sit completely level. I'm sure we could repair it by moving the hinge, but for all intents and purposes, the table is exactly what we wanted.

I love this bed! Did take a while to put together but with a screw gun, it was a cinch. And I'm not sure what the other reviewer expects, but it smells like fresh wood just as I would expect. Storage drawers are pretty large

Communication and shipping from Bedz King was extremely good and fast. We received the bed in three double boxed packages within 4-5 days of placing our order.

We were a bit skeptical as to the quality of this bed based on the low price and free shipping, but we were not disappointed. When opening the crates, we found the wood and finish to be of high quality. Assembly was easy - about 1.5 hours with a cordless drill assisting - even with five and seven year old boys helping. Instructions, while pictures only like an IKEA instruction manual, were easy to follow.

When assembled, the bed was extremely attractive, solid and high quality. We simply didn't expect this for bed costing less than $500. Every single piece was solid wood - not a single particle board item to be found. Finish was very beautiful. The wood, while a bit soft, was still high quality. The drawers and trundle were also very good. The trundle rolled out very easily, even on low pile carpeting.

We found this bed works extremely well with high-quality foam mattresses from IKEA that are not as thick as a regular inner-spring mattress. This keeps the height of the main bed reasonable for a five-year-old and also leaves plenty of room between the trundle mattress and main bed to leave the trundle bed fully made-up with comforter and pillow and still roll under easily. Standard mattresses would work fine as well.

You should have no concern ordering this bed - it is very high quality, well constructed and will last a very long time. It's probably the last bed we will ever have to buy for our five-year-old until we kick him out after college (or maybe sooner).

Purchased this after reading all other reviews. Bought for an 8-YO Boy with a tiny bedroom. Love, love, love this bed!

Prior shopping for our family? We are normally cheapo shoppers @ Wal-mart or Big Lots. Never had $$ before. Now we do and decided to splurge on this bed. SO GLAD WE DID!

Six months later, I still love this bed and believe it will last a long time. It was a good investment.

Delivery? Some banged up boxes, but there was good packaging on the inside. In fact, there were boxes packed in boxes! Nothing broken or damaged. It came in THREE HUGE BOXES! Had to have my 10-YO help me drag it into the house! [The delivery guy left it leaned up against the front of our house.] It was all I could do to drag it inside the house w/o my husband home!

Smell? A little when we first opened it. It dissipates after a month or so.

Set up time? 3 hours with my husband's help. But because we were not used to such an extravagant purchase, I wanted to make sure we built it right. I would read a page of the instruction book, lay out the needed parts and tools on the floor, then direct my husband what I wanted him to accomplish in this step. Then, onto Page 2...etc. We were slow and methodical. You will also want to have your own hex L-shaped tool. They provide one, but sometimes it was nice to have two. You need a screw gun, too.

Cons? I agree with other posters that the wood is soft. We clamped on a lamp to the side of the headboard (top of the headboard was too big for the clamp) and HAD my little guy left the lamp alone, it would have been fine. But because he knocks it off or bumps it, you know how clamps are, THEY CLAMP SHUT! And the wood gets some marks from this rough treatment. They also did us short on a couple of screws. But from laying everything out on the floor and matching the needed screws, we went to our local home improvement store and got what we needed to finish the job. Cost <$2.00 for these screws and they were for the drawers.

[Only worry? How will I get it out of the bedroom if I ever need to? It is very tall and cannot be turned on its side to exit the room through the doorway. We will have to take it apart if it is ever to leave the bedoom. The trundle bed will be fine. It's the headboard and footboard that will need to be taken apart.]

Pros? Nice price, free delivery, nice finish. Nice way to maximize space in a little bedroom and still have sleep overs at times. "Every single piece was solid wood - not a single particle board item to be found." another reviewer had said and they were right! The drawers and trundle were also very good. The trundle rolled out very easily and freely; it is not on a track or anything.

Extra Pro? We bought this bed about 6 months ago (4/2011) and now it is almost 10/2011 and I am thinking of buying the bed in white for our daughter. These beds will last a long time!

Worry no more. Go ahead and order the bed.

My husband & I recently purchased this topper for our bed because our older dog had an accident on our bed and ruined our old memory foam topper. I was really upset about it at the time because I'm 8 months pregnant and cannot get comfortable without the memory foam, but boy am I ever glad we had to replace it! Previously we had a 3in 3lb density memory foam pad and we decided to go with the 4in 4lb density pad this time. The old one was okay, but this one is AWESOME! We are thrilled with how comfortable this pad is. I usually have terrible hip pain from having to sleep on my side along with the extra weight of pregnancy, but I slept most of the night (until I had to use the restroom) in the same positon last night which has not happened since the first month I was pregnant. I will say that we learned our lesson and ordered a waterproof allergy resistent mattress encasement this time. I would recommend something like that if you are getting the memory foam and have allergies because my husband has bad allergies and was starting to have terrible attacks before we replaced the old pad. We're thinking it's because the old pad was about 3 years old and we never had a cover over it. We haven't received the encasement yet (we couldn't wait any longer to have the memory foam on the bed), but are pretty certain that will help. If nothing else, it will keep the foam pad from turning yellow after a few years of use.

Another thing to note is that the memory foam pads do come with a pretty strong odor. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, this will make an entire room smell for a while. We aired ours out for 3 days in the basement and the entire basement smelled. The foam still had an odor once we moved it to our room. We aren't too sensitive to the smell so it didn't bother us too bad, but it did make our entire bedroom smell like the chemical too. It might bother someone who is sensitive to smells.

Lastly, this pad was cut much better than our last one. The last one we bought was a few inches too short for the mattress, but this one is cut perfectly.

The only downfall I have found is that being 8 months pregnant, it's harder to get in and out of the bed now because it raised it up so much more, but that's a temporary issue with being pregnant because everything is harder when you're pregnant...haha!

This was a $99 Gold Box special and I bought it on a whim (Especially glad I did now that I see the higher, "regular" price). It comes in very handy and looks great. The storage compartment is a useful bonus. I was concerned with the "Made in China" sticker slapped on the bottom of it (no assembly required, fyi), but it is well made and sturdy. A great room accessory that will match many styles you may already have in your home.

We recently purchased this table and I was afraid it would be cheap particle board but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The table comes assembled except for the legs and took only 10 mins to put together. Its sturdy and doesn't wobble at all. The only thing I was unhappy with is that the drawers are no more than 2 inches deep so not all that useable but still nice to look at.
