Never received the lunch bag. I had to e-mail to find out what happened. First on-line responder said they didn't know what I wanted them to do about it!!!!! Later resolved by Amazon but never did receive the bag. Did receive my refund. Won't try to order from Koko again.

I tried to give feedback to the seller but was unable to do so... probabaly a good thing though as I've never before had a lunch bag that could not be washed. By the way.... this was in cold water with Woolite!!!

If you want a stylish luchbag alright, that you have to treat with kid gloves & can't wash, so Lord knows what you can use it for.. other than carrying around a 'cute' empty bag... this is The One!!!

I bought this lunch bag to take to work. I can easily fit large and small bowls/containers in it and it fits nicely in the work refrigerator. I love the little fork/spoon that came with it. I also haven't seen anyone else with the same color/style so it's easy to find next to all my other co-worker's bags. Without refrigeration it seems to stay cool for about 4-5 hours. With an ice bag in it, it stays cool for about 6-8 hours, depending on the weather. Food gets super cold in it when it's put in the refrigerator, which is OK for me, but some may not like it that cold.
